Bom, a Junebug soltou esse ano a lista das melhores imagens e também as menções honrosas por categorias. Lindas imagens, vários fotógrafos muito bons e um prêmio na categoria PHENOMENAL WEDDING PORTRAIT COLLECTION. A imagem acima foi a minha foto premiada. Agora é hora de voltar para o trabalho!

Boas novas em 2011, haja fôlego. O objetivo aqui é compartilhá-las com aqueles que gostam de mim e do meu trabalho e também com os meus amigos, clientes, colaboradores e parceiros. O intuito não é de forma alguma contar vantagem e quem me conhece sabe muito bem que não faz meu estilo. No entanto não deixarei de colocar aqui, meu blog / minha casa, as minhas últimas conquistas, pois elas foram suadas e são muito importantes para mim. Além disso, quero mostrar aos fotógrafos desse país, BRASIL, que a gente pode ir muito mais longe.
“Deus ajuda quem trabalha” – dito popular que meu pai sempre me utilizava na minha época de adolescente preguiçoso.
2011 apesar de mal ter começado já é um dos anos mais importantes da minha carreira de fotógrafo. Em dois meses já recebi 4 importantes premiações. Estou feliz e sei que dá pra ir muito mais longe? Vamos?
A primeira delas foi logo no terceiro dia do ano. Fiquei na lista “Best of the Best 2010″da Junebug Weddings, pela segunda vez consecutiva. Uma associação Americana de muita expressão que todos os anos solta a lista dos Top 50 da fotografia de casamento mundial. Para ver a notícia e os ganhadores clique AQUI
A segunda boa notícia veio com a escolha do meu blog pelo site especializado Zankyou e Pela entre os 99 principais blogs de casamento do mundo disputanto lugar com vários blogs de expressão mundial. A terceira boa notícia do ano veio no último sábado quando a Revista Européia “JUST MARRIED” me colocou na sua edição anual dos melhores do ano. Este ano estamos entre os TOP 5 da fotografia de casamento mundial segundo eles. Não é uma notícia de tirar o fôlego? Quando recebi o email da Editora Chefe da revista minha perna bambeou. Juro! A quarta e última até o momento ainda não divulguei. Trata-se do concurso e ranking trimestral realizado por uma das mais importantes associações mundiais, a ISPWP, que no último domingo soltou a última lista. Para minha alegria, fiquei saí entre os 20 primeiros, TOP 15 com 4 imagens premiadas as quais mostrarei logo a seguir. Para ver todos os ganhadores clique AQUI.
“God helps those who work” – popular saying that my father always told me in my time of lazy teenager.
Although it has barely started, 2011 is already one of the most important years of my career as a photographer. In two months I have received four major awards. I am happy and I know that one can go way much further? Let’s?
The first one of them was soon on the third day of the year. I was in the Junebug Weddings list “Best of the Best 2010″, for the second time consecutive. It is an American Association of much expression that each year releases a list of the Top 50 in wedding photography in the world. To see the news and the winners click HERE
The second good news came with the choice of my blog by the specialized website Zankyou, to be among the 99 main wedding blogs in the world, disputing place with several blogs of worldwide expression. The third good news of the year came last Saturday when the european magazine “JUST MARRIED” put me in their annual edition of the best of the year. This year we are among the TOP 5 in world’s wedding photography, they said. Isn’t it a breathtaking story? When I received the e-mail from the Chief Editor of the magazine I faltered. I swear! The fourth and last to date I have not disclosed yet. It is about a contest and a quarterly ranking held by the most important associations worldwide, the ISPWP, which on Sunday released the latest list. To my delight, I was between the first 20, TOP 15 with four awarded images which are shown below. To see all the winners click HERE.
Enquanto me preparava para celebrar o meu aniversário, recebi um email da editora chefe das mais respeitadas publicações no mercado do casamento, a revista JUST MARRIED, italiana com circulação em outros países europeus como a Inglaterra.
Todo ano, a Just Married, seleciona os 5 principais profissionais de diversas áreas e claro, da fotografia de casamento também.
Em 2009 a lista foi encabeçada por ninguém menos que Jeff Ascough (UK), Ben Chrisman (USA), Brett Butterstein (USA), Studio Cabrelli (Italy), Christian Keenan (UK) and WhiteSmoke Studios (Poland).
Em 2010 por Carlo Carletti (Itália) e Christian Keenan (UK), Ryan Graham (South Africa), e Darren James (Dubai).
E para minha felicidade eu fui um dos vencedores em 2011, (Vinícius Matos, euzinho, direto de Minas Gerais, Brazil), juntamente com meu amigo Huy Nguyen (USA), Emin Kuliyeva (USA), Franck Boutonnet (France) e Massimo Simula (Italy).
A alegria é indescritível. Missão cumprida. Aniversário meu e da Juju, champagne, família e amigos. Tudo isso tem feito parte das minhas realizações que aqui divido com meus amigos e leitores.
Agora é só festejar.

Getting ready to celebrate my birthday, I received an e-mail from the publisher of one of the most respected publications focusing the wedding industry, the magazine Just Married, which is Italian but also circulates in other European countries like England.
Every year the magazine Just Married selects the 5 key professionals in various areas and of course, also in wedding photography.
In 2009 the list was compound by none other than Jeff Ascough (UK), Ben Chrisman (USA), Brett Butterstein (USA), Studio Cabrelli (Italy), Christian Keenan (UK) and WhiteSmoke Studios (Poland).
In 2010 were appointed Carlo Carletti (Italy) Carlo Carletti (Itália) e Christian Keenan (UK), Ryan Graham (South Africa), and Darren James (Dubai).
And to my delight I was a winner in 2011 (Vinícius Matos, little me, straight from Minas Gerais, Brazil) along with my friend Huy Nguyen (USA), Emin Kuliyev (USA), Franck Boutonnet (France) and Massimo Simula (Italy) .
The joy is indescribable. Mission accomplished, my birthday and Juju’s, celebration, champagne, family and friends. All of this has been part of my achievements which I share here with my readers and friends.

Mientras me preparaba para festejar mi cumpleaños recibí un mensaje de la editora jefe de una de las más respetadas publicaciones en el mercado de bodas, la revista JUST MARRIED, italiana con circulación en otros países europeos como Inglaterra.
Todos los años la Just Married selecciona los 5 principales profesionales de diversas áreas y claro, también de fotografía de boda.
